Registrations will be handled via the IMC conference management system. Please use the Participants area in the upper menu, and enter all appropriate information in the upcoming form. Available payment options are bank transfer and credit card. For credit card payment, please note that we need the completed form signed and faxed in order to process your request.
For each paper to be published in the proceedings book and to be presented at the conference a full registration is required. Each conference registration includes:
- participation at all tutorials and conference sessions
- lunch and coffee breaks on all conference days
- one proceedings book
- attendance at the IMC social event for one person
Cancellation policy: In case of early cancellation of a registration the paid fees will be refunded except an administrative charge of 40 EUR. This requires a refund request received before October 5, 2009. There is no refund given beyond this point.
Visa policy: No visa request letters will be issued to non-author registrants or registrants not personally known by the General Chair or the Program Co-Chairs.
